Bronze sculpture, 'Ascetic Buddha'
Buddha sits on a
lotus throne, lifting one hand in a meaningful gesture. His head
is shaved and he wears a simple robe in this portrait of the
master as an ascetic. Sukaenah sculpts the inspirational image
in bronze, giving the piece an antique finish. This hand-crafted
product may present miniscule pores that are imprinted from the
casting process. |
